Ultra Calcium Citrate 1000mg - High Absorption Calcium Supplement with Vitamin D, Zinc & Magnesium

Been taking for a while now. I appreciated the fact they were not as large as some other forms. Today I receive a new bottle and the bottle was noticeably larger. Why...cuz the tablets are larger. I see the Vit D was D2 before and now is D3... which I believe is a better form. Is this why the tablets are larger. You can stop there on making em bigger, ya all! I do notice the larger tablet is scored to help to break in half if needed. I may have given 4 stars, cuz not a fan of the larger tablet...but if that made it a better product...how can I complain.?

The label on my bottle of Ultra Calcium is marked 30 mg of magnesium, but the picture and description of this product says 50 mg. Always read the labels!

After my latest sports injury (fractured ribs) it was recommended that I should take calcium supplements. I looked into and tried a couple of similar products and many required 4 pills per serving if you read carefully. I found these and they’ve worked for me after about a month of taking them daily and only require one pill per serving. The previous supplements to this had enormous sized pills, these are a smaller but still big but a little easier to swallow (attached photo shows a comparison to your typical ibuprofen pill in red). There no real taste/flavor to them and it has 90 servings so three months worth which is a good value.

Not sure why some reviews say this is blue but these I have are not only a oatmeal colored oblong oval tablet that’s not overly big & easier to swallow. After my DEXA scan my Dr recommended extra calcium I am pleased with this choice.

The company changed pills without notice. Although the bottle states the formula is the same, the old pill is shorter, fatter and had a indent line across it. The pills I recently received are different tint of white, longer, and ever so slimmer with no center line. I tried calling the company many many times for an explanation. I cannot get through. This is the number I called [****]. This is the number on the bottle. If I do not reach this company, in India, or they do not respond to this review, I will not be doing business with them in the future. I do not appreciate changes or inconsistencies with notice and explanation.

My doctor prescribed a Calcium and Vitamin D supplement along with exercise and “low glycemic index” diet to help keep my osteopenia tendency at bay. These Ultra Calcium Citrate +Vitamin D, Zinc & Magnesium tablets are just what the doctor ordered. First, they contain 1000 mg of Calcium Citrate (not Carbonate, which is poorly absorbed). Second, they contain 400 IU of Vitamin D. I need 800 IU, but this gets me half-way to my goal without risking increased exposure to the sun's rays for Vitamin D. Third, the Zinc Sulfate contained in these capsules helps with Calcium absorption. Fourth, Magnesium in these tablets aids in the proper utilization of vitamin D and calcium. Fifth, I love the color; so much more appetizing than plain old alabaster white (probably carcenogenic?!?)I just noticed on the Nutritional Information on the label that they contain 27g of Carbohydrates! I hope that's for the whole bottle! I'm on a ketogenic diet that only allows a total of 20g of Carbs, per day! Please tell me this is NOT per tablet, or all of the "PRO's" will be useless for me because of this "CON."

Why are these, with the same active ingredients as the ones I bought from Amazon almost twice as large? Are the ones from Amazon counterfeit? Are these?

Easy to take, I take with Vitamin D and good for our musles and bonds. Ilike this brand.

I love that I get all I need with one pill. They are larger but I was taking 2 from another supplier and hated that. The pills work good for my pre-osteoporosis. I will keep reordering this brand!

Best best source of vegan calcium I have found. The capsules are a good smaller size and only have to be taken twice a day.

I have been taking this supplement for about a month and find it to be easy to swallow, good quality and a great way to increase calcium intake. It has lessened the achy stiffness in my hands , fingers and feet. I would definitely recommend this supplement to friends and family

Probably a great calcium tablet doctors like him and everything. My only lay back on me is that I cannot take them because I have kidney stones.

Took some searching to find this product. Like the better quality ingredients and doses. Easy to swallow. Easy to split for twice daily dosing.
